I am an American journalist who writes exclusively about travel and the arts in the United Kingdom.  I was just in London for two-and-one-half weeks, with my husband and used your service to collect us from Heathrow on October 22 and to return us there on November 7.  We were staying at a flat on Crown Court in the heart of Covent Garden near 55 Drury Lane.  I write to tell you that we were very pleased with the service and that I plan to recommend it to others and might even mention it in an upcoming article.
