We used this company for a Gatwick/Central London return. For both transfers they arrived ahead of the booked time and both drivers were polite and helpful (we had a wheelchair and luggage). We paid cash to the driver and there was no query over the quoted price. We will happily use them again.

I booked 2 transfer with Simply Airports. Initial hiccup when driver waited outside train station instead of arrival hall during my arrival. But i ffound out that he left voicemails in both our mobile to inform us and an email from the sales team to inform us that the driver is stillwaiting after 45 min of my arrival. Fortunately, DH found driver by chance outside the train station. 2nd transfer went smoothly with no hiccups. Emails correspondent was fast and efficient by sales team. Thank you!

We were exhausted after a long and very delayed flight, lost, confused and we were having problems contacting the people we were renting an apartment from in regards to keys. I had visions of a night spent sleeping on the streets of London. The driver was so friendly and relaxed, he took charge and contacted the people for us and arranged it all while driving us. He even went the extra mile and rechecked his car after we had left, finding a bag my son had left behind. He was a wonderful welcome to London.

The drivers, although friendly and polite, were late for both bookings. If you haven't got a mobile you don't know what's going on and you are at their mercy.

Usually your service is good but this time it was not. I arranged for a larger vehicle with more room this time as we were a couple with a baby, six suitcases and three carry on bags. The driver arrives late and is a senior lady who could not offer some help but just carrying a suitcase (understandingly). It would be reasonable to think that you need someone capable to offer a hand carrying the luggage if you are booking a larger vehicle. Thanks, Federico Hincapie

Absolutely disgusted with the professionalism of this company... I should have known from the start after their online booking system wouldn't let me book a car... After phoning the office and asking for a Mercedes to collect my family from the airport, a Ford People Carrier came to collect them! While my family were at the airport, the driver told my Mother that my card had been declined and she had to pay cash!!! After calling the office, they realised they didn't take down my credit card correctly!!! Absolutely ridiculous service and a company run by cowboys!

I booked the cab at night for 8:30 the following morning for Heathrow Airport. Being a university student moving out of dorms this was already quite stressful and I didn't want to wait for an uber to avoid getting late for my flight so I booked a cab. I called the service team at 8:38 when the cab still wasn't here. No one contacted me to inform me. I was told the car will be here in 7 minutes. After another 5 minutes I was told anouther 3 minutes. Another 10 minutes later I was told another 15 minutes. I was very stressed about missing my flight. I called an uber. Keep in mind it's a busy Monday morning in London and the traffic is horrible. Instead of being on time or early, the driver was running over 45 minutes late. By this time I finally managed to get an uber and cancelled the service. I barely made my flight and suffered from a lot of mental stress. This has to be the most disappointing service I've ever received from any car hire company. This is the first time I used this service and will never ever opt for it again. I do not recommend this service at all. It's inefficient and they don't even bother informing the customer about potential delays to make alternative arrangements.

Had no issues with the booking and all follow up emails/phone conversations and the driver arrived on time. He did not introduce himself, did not speak more than a couple sentences and gave us a very scary ride to Gatwick on a Sunday morning. Slouched down in his seat, he drove one handed, weaving in an out of traffic, cutting other drivers off. We paid in cash the price quoted.

I have just made a trip from London to Heathrow. The cab had a bad odor and the driver screamed and honked twice at other drivers during the trip. Very rude, could not understand what he was saying. When we arrived I paid before getting out of the cab, I got out went to get a cart, when I returned he had left my bags on the middle of the street (not on the curb). There was a huge puddle of water near the curb and he just left the bags on the street and left. Very bad service.

I booked a cab to go to the airport at 11.30am. The cab call me at 11.25am to say that he will be 30min late and that he would pick me up at around 12-12.10pm. That was too late. When I call the office they were really rude and they did not even apologized or tried to find a solution so I could still make it to my plane. I contacted many companies and there were none with cars available. No ubers available in my area either. I ended up going with a black cab which was much more expensive thanks to simply airports unprofessionalism. The calls to try to find an alternative through other companies plus the time on the phone with simply airports made me loose time and I ended up missing the flight as time was really tight. What it was supposed to be an easy ride to the airport ended up with an unpleasant conversation with rude staff at simply airport phone number plus paying £70 to a black cab and £250 for a new flight later on the same day.

Great service at a great price! We booked a van for 5 people, plus luggage and requested the driver come one hour after our flight landed (we were at the back of a jumbo jet); we came out an hour after landing, driver was there, car was more than big enough, and we were safely taken to our lodgings. Perfect!
